By accessing or using our services, you agree to adhere to our terms and conditions, which includes this Cancellation and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at our discretion, with any changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will retain access to premium features until that time. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused subscription periods.

No Refund Policy

  • General Policy: Astral Billing follows a no-refund policy for subscription-based services. Once a payment has been made, it is final and non-refundable, barring exceptional circumstances (see below).

  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in rare instances of significant service disruption or if a technical issue directly attributable to Astral Billing prevents the proper functioning of the platform. Refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of Astral Billing on a case-by-case basis and after a thorough review.

Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you qualify for a refund, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. Email Submission: Submit a written request to refunds@astralbilling.com with the subject line that contains “Refund Request - [Your Name/Details] | [Registered Mobile Number]”.

  2. Reason for Refund: Clearly state the reason for your refund request, including specific issues encountered with the service.

  3. Supporting Details: Provide your registered email address and subscription details, including the date of purchase.

  4. Response Timeline: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for complex reviews.

  5. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method or as an account credit, depending on the circumstances.

Downgrade and Plan Adjustments

Downgrade and Plan Adjustments

Downgrades: Users can downgrade their subscription plan via their account settings. The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of access to premium features.

Basic Plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription to the Basic Plan at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

Business Plan:

  • The Business Plan is a recurring subscription that can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or remaining billing cycles.

Astral Billing is not responsible for any interruption or degradation in service due to external factors, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers. In the event of prolonged disruption attributable to Astral Billing, we will evaluate requests for refund or compensation on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Reversals and Chargebacks

Payment Reversals and Chargebacks

Astral Billing does not facilitate payment reversals or chargebacks initiated due to erroneous payments or mistaken transactions made by the user. Users are responsible for verifying all details before completing a transaction. In case of disputes, users are encouraged to contact their payment provider.

Chargebacks initiated without contacting Astral Billing first may result in account suspension pending investigation. Repeated or abusive chargeback claims will result in permanent account termination.

Third-Party Transactions

Third-Party Transactions

Astral Billing does not assume responsibility for refunds or cancellations related to third-party services that users may access through our platform. This includes but is not limited to integrations with external payment gateways, merchant services, or other third-party vendors. Users must refer to the third-party’s refund policy for any issues arising from such transactions.

Account Deletion

Account Deletion

  • Permanent Deletion: Upon account deletion, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription periods. Account deletion is final and irreversible.

  • Obligation: Deleting your account does not absolve you of any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities that may have accrued prior to deletion.
