Astral Billing provides the following features:
Invoice creation and management
Inventory tracking and management
Party and transaction management
Delivery challan creation and management
AI-driven insights and recommendations for business improvement
Free Trial: Astral Billing offers a free trial for a limited period. After the trial, you may continue to use the service by subscribing to one of our paid plans.
Subscription Plans: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as per the selected plan. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to use Astral Billing in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your data and transactions entered into the Astral Billing system.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Services by engaging in illegal activities, distributing malicious software, or attempting to disrupt the functionality of the platform.

AI Insights: Astral Billing offers AI-driven insights to help improve business operations. These insights are based on the data you provide and are intended to assist you in making more informed decisions. Astral Billing is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated insights, and users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment.
No Warranties: Astral Billing is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or that they will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astral Billing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to Astral Billing, including software, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Cosmion Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business operations.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion option within the platform.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary by Astral Billing.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Astral Billing website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
